As an avid swimmer and swim coach. I know that sometimes you can't always make it to the pool when a coach is on deck. This blog is for those swimmers that want a workout to bring with them when they may not have a coach around.

About Blog

I recently moved down to San Diego and therefore so has the blog! I now get the opportunity to coach with San Diego Masters at UCSD. For now the blog will include the practices from the evening workouts. However, there are several practices a offered throughout the day that are all equally awesome if you are ever in town.
Monday-Friday: 6:00am-7:30am, 7:30am-9:00am & 11:30am-1:00pm
Monday-Thursday: 6:00pm-7:00pm
Saturday: 7:30-9:00am
Sunday:9:00am-10:30am

Similar to Santa Cruz Masters' these practices follow a general theme as follows.
Mondays are Distance/Ultra Distance days.
Tuesdays are Mid Distance days.
Wednesdays are Test Set days.
Thursdays are IM/Stroke mixer days
