As an avid swimmer and swim coach. I know that sometimes you can't always make it to the pool when a coach is on deck. This blog is for those swimmers that want a workout to bring with them when they may not have a coach around.

*Main Set focus on the descending and fast swims (300s, 150s & even 50s)
