As an avid swimmer and swim coach. I know that sometimes you can't always make it to the pool when a coach is on deck. This blog is for those swimmers that want a workout to bring with them when they may not have a coach around.

ReplyDeleteIt feels good to be back in! If you want something a little different, I recommend open water swimming. Doesn't have the same pressures as the pool :)
