As an avid swimmer and swim coach. I know that sometimes you can't always make it to the pool when a coach is on deck. This blog is for those swimmers that want a workout to bring with them when they may not have a coach around.

4/5 Thurs- Dizzy Distance
We haven't work with 250s for a while.
Hope this is a good distance work out to help with training for those awesome 500s :)
