  1. Swimmer review: great if you like distance freestyle /working on endurance. The set is deceptively easy the first round of 400's (I was cold!) but quickly ramps up. Avoid the temptation to shorten the rest the first round you will be grateful by the end. I recommend having a good song in your head before starting this workout because I found it more of a mental challenge than a physical one
